HaBayit BaGiva – The Home on the Hill, a unique programme, is located in the heart of Zoharim Youth Village. It is more than a treatment centre – it’s a lifeline. Built for ultra-Orthodox teens battling addiction, it offers a safe, structured haven where healing begins and hope is restored. Many of these boys have faced trauma, rejection, and life on the streets. Here, they’re given more than support; they have a second chance at life.

At the HaBayit BaGiva programme, healing begins when a teen walks through the door. Our programme is designed to break the cycle of substance abuse and rebuild shattered lives – emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
With a professional team, small therapeutic groups, and a holistic approach, each teen receives a customised treatment plan tailored to their unique story and needs. We focus on more than just the addiction. We look at the root causes – pain, loss, and disconnection- and provide tools to cope, rebuild, and reconnect.
What makes the HaBayit BaGiva programme Different?
- Separate Healing Space: Located away from the dormitories and classrooms, the centre offers a private environment for intensive therapeutic work.
- Individual + Group Therapy: Teens receive one-on-one counselling alongside group sessions that build trust, community, and emotional resilience.

- Prevention + Intervention: We stop the spiral before it’s too late – preventing legal troubles, school dropouts, and in some cases, saving lives.
