Machshavah School
The school was established to provide an educational framework for new immigrants in order to help them integrate into Israeli society.
The Machshava School is a unique elementary school for a student body comprised primarily of children who immigrated to Israel themselves or whose parents did so shortly before they were born. Most come from the former Soviet Union. The school provides a highly advanced academic programme focusing on science and math, with an additional arts curriculum focusing on music expression, complete with a choir and dance troupe. Machshava also recently added a very special music programme called “Sulamot” (musical scales), in partnership with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra.
